COLLEGE LIFE SKILLS TRAINING
Character • Confidence • Compassion

Keynote Addresses
Cinda is a sought out speaker who inspires others to think differently about difficult topics facing students to today. Her personal stories, insight and well chosen videos give examples of what to do and often what not to do. Those examples make you think differently and determine what you might do if you ever find yourself in the same situation. Cinda uses humor, strong examples and real life stories to illustrate her points and never talks at her audiences but is engaging, compelling and provides many "aha moments."
Making College Partying Safer
We are told to enjoy life, YOLO, (You only live once), so go for it. But with the high rate of under age drinking and new found freedom, college students find themselves taking 6-8 shots of alcohol even when they don't like the taste. Risky behavior is the norm. This presentation, briefly covers how men and women are different and gives real stories that point out how not to let yourself get into that "situation" in the first place.
Respect is not a 4-Letter Word

And it also doesn't start with an "F," but learning to demand respect, live life with respect for yourself, is often something girls don't do for themselves, for fear that they will not be liked, and more importantly, loved. They put themselves out there in order to start a relationship. Guys are smart and will take anything a girl is willing to give them, even when it goes against everything you believe. Finding love without respect is often not that easy. Teaching men what respect really is, might take some time...but you are worth it.

Building a Strong Team
It's amazing hw much more can be accomplished when working together. Vulnerability, being authentic and living true to your values, helps to tell everyone who you really are. When there are no more screens put up to "protect" you, people want to become friends, share successes and work together to accomplish a shared goal.
Communication Skills in a Texting & Social Media World

When was the last time you talked when you went out on a date without having your phones out, for fear you might miss that all important text? Do you spend hours out of every day searching Facebook posrs, Tumblr or Instagram photos to see what everyone is doing? How do yu get to really know someone withut talking with them, finding out what they believe, what they hold to be most important to them. Cinda will challenge you to put those phones down and get to know the people around you through fun stories, exercises and insight into who you really are as well as what you seek in a lasting relationship.

Recruitment Made Easy
People going through recruitment may say they are only interested in partying, having a good time and getting in to the best Sorority, but when all is said and done, they just want to find a home, a place where they can fit in and find life long friendships. Cinda is a master at helping to find the hot buttons, the gift of gab, planning motivation and trigger points to encourage joining their group.
Making Good Choices

Our parents raised us to do the right thing. But what if doing something might make someone not like you, or leave you? You are told to just say, "no," and leave, but how can you really do that and not hurt someone's feelings? Do you even know what you value and what one thing you wuld never do, no matter what? Cinda will allow you to assess what is truly important to you and give you the necessary tools to determine how to make the right decision for you.
