Life Coaching
Cinda is passionate about giving teens and young adults the life skills and tools they need to lead a life full of self-confidence, commitment and achieving their personal best. Life presents a lot of puzzle pieces and Cinda provides the tools to make those pieces fit.
What is life coaching?
Simply put, life coaches listen, non-judgmentally and help you make decisions for yourself. We help you establish better relationships with your friends, teachers and parents. We help you achieve your personal best, by enriching their learning capabilities, understanding your values and working together to achieve your personal goals and purpose. We establish a safe environment to overcome your daily challenges by remaining non-judgmental, encouraging and inspiring peek performance through ready motivation to take action. We help you to problem solve and find the right answers for you. You are the one in charge and we want you to feel empowered to achieve all of your goals.
Our coaching helps you make good choices, better decisions, feel empowered to never be bullied by anyone and to stand up for yourself and for doing the right thing. When you feel empowered, you can slay any drayon that comes your way, be the real person you are inside and know you can accomplish anything you put your mind to do.
